Meet Our Founder & Principal
Allan Were, a seasoned team leader and program manager, brings an ideal combination of skills and experience with over twenty years of work in organizational leadership, global health, building private/public sector partnerships, business development, and producing results using innovative marketing approaches. With rich experience in branding, marketing, and global public health, he has delivered results, and successfully managed complex international programs and campaigns focused on public health, supply chain, service delivery, communications, and capacity building. Working at both the strategic and operational levels, he supports organizations to identify and seize opportunities for growth.
His career spans senior roles in global health and marketing, including Practice Area Lead for Vector-Borne Diseases at Management Sciences for Health, Director of Vector Control at Abt Associates Inc., Chief of Party for the USAID NetMark Project in Uganda, and earlier branding and marketing roles at Unilever.
